Item arrived after an initial problem
Good morning, an item I purchased was delayed because of the post office and as a result I reported it as an item “not received”. Now, through the seller, I have resolved the problem and the item has arrived at its destination. I wanted to ask how to mark the item as “received” and close the dispute on eBay so as to release the money to the seller. Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIn the same way you used to open the procedure, you go back in and close it. Otherwise, it closes by itself 21 days after opening.
