Good morning, last week I sold an item that was regularly delivered to the address given to me by the buyer; he had it delivered not to his address but to a tobacco shop.Brt provided me with the waybill where the name and signature of the person who collected it were entered.Now the buyer says that the tobacco shop did not receive the package and so he will ask for a refund, while Brt says that the package was delivered correctly.In the end, the only one who will lose out will be me.In cases like this, what can be done to avoid losing the money that is owed to me?Thanks Roberto
