Item arrived but package opened
I sent the sold item and the package arrived opened without the item!!
what can I do? The customer wants a refund but I sent the item.. I mean I lose the money + item.

Mentore11 months agoThese are the typical risks associated with distance sales (on any platform), so you’ll have to issue a refund.
If the buyer reported that the package was open at the time of delivery and noted it as a specific reservation, you can try to get reimbursed by the broker from whom you bought the shipping label.
