Mentore3 years agoIf the seller has ignored you, open a return request for item not as described... that will definitely get their attention:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
Remember that if they accept the return, the return shipping costs will be entirely at their expense... if they ignore you even then, on the fourth day ask eBay to step in:
