item that's being returned to the sender
hi, because of a mistake I made when writing the address, the package I ordered from America is being returned to the sender. If I try to track the package though, it says it is still in Switzerland since June 20 and I don't understand whether they may have lost the package, if maybe it was stolen, or if I simply need to wait longer. It's strange that it's taking so long to get back to America. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? thanks

If it reaches the original address, then you’ll need to agree with the sender on whether it’s better to arrange a new shipment (at your expense) or give it up in exchange for a partial refund.
