item marked as delivered (by SDA), but which I never received...
Hi everyone, I have a problem with an order that shows as delivered (by SDA), but I never received it.... I can't find any number to talk to an SDA operator... I called the post office and they told me that it's the sender who has to open a ticket for incorrect delivery, which they did, but they added that when SDA sees the package marked as delivered they close the ticket... but beyond that nothing, I can't resolve the situation, any help is welcome... thanks...

Mentore3 years agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the address shown on the receipt matches the one registered on ebay, there will be very little you can do. If the courier certifies that it was delivered to that address, you can only take it up with them......
