Item with a different brand than the description, but I want to keep it anyway
Good morning, I received an item with a brand different from the seller's description, but I like it and want to keep it anyway even if the importance of the brand I wanted is different from the one that arrived. If I leave negative feedback, can the seller also do that, since they described the item incorrectly? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoI’d say you have two options that I consider right:
Leaving negative feedback without even having asked the seller for an explanation, I consider that more than unfair... to err is human, so if you received a different type of item there may be a reason!

Mentore2 years agoYou can't leave negative feedback and keep the item, eBay would remove it from you.
You can ask the seller for a partial refund, and anyway sellers of negatives can't leave them.
