Hello, according to Poste tracking it says the item was delivered, but the buyer claims not to have received it. What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoWait for a dispute to open and meanwhile get the POD to reply with, as long as the shipment was actually tracked and not posta 1 or posta 4.
