"delivered" item but to the wrong address
Good morning everyone,
I’m asking for your help with the following:
on 15/08/24 I purchased (eBay item number: 335522923030 ) an item located in: Freising, Germany (I trusted a 0-feedback seller..)
After an endless wait, today I see that the package would appear to have been delivered to Nuremberg (I live in Italy), obviously I did not provide any other address and I have received nothing..
I just wanted confirmation on the timeframe for opening a dispute, since being on the “delivery” day the option for filing a claim does not appear.
In the meantime I contacted the seller to ask for an explanation; if needed, will the dispute be manageable from tomorrow?

maybe it's the only way to find out why it shows as delivered to me.
