Hello,

I bought 2 items from a seller and paid for them properly.

Time went by and I asked for an explanation for the missing shipment. Various excuses and promises were made about future shipments and, then, refunds.

Never refunded, never shipped, no intervention from e.bay despite the report.

One of these two items has been put back up for sale.

Reported to e.bay as a scam without any action being taken.

Is there a phone number to speak to an operator?

Are you sure you used the correct procedure to request a refund?

At the bottom of the page, which explains the procedure, you’ll find the link to be called by eBay customer service.
