Item damaged by the courier
Good morning, a few days ago I bought a watch to fix (I do it as a hobby). When it arrived, though, it had a broken crystal, evidently it was handled badly by the courier. How can I get a refund?
I don't want to return the item because, as I said, I am fixing it.

if you don't want to return it, you can't even ask for a refund... it's obvious!
Since shipping is the seller's responsibility, you can open a return request, but to get the refund you have to return it... so consider what you'd rather do:

Maybe the seller understands the issue and can offer you a partial refund...

OP2 years agoBut I want to take action against the courier who treats packages like they were bales of hay... how can I do it?

Mentore2 years agoIt has to be done by whoever made the contract with the courier. So you can only ask the seller to do it.
