damaged item and not working
bought spotlights, arrived, there were two, one works, the other doesn't, moreover it's damaged. impossible to contact the seller! I won't buy on ebay anymore. But what guarantees are ebay talking about, they don't exist at all! the seller was clashop_it. I requested order confirmation many times, they sent me nothing! Never again

OP2 years agoThanks, but I already tried it that way with the order number. But in fact I bought as a guest and I could only request the order confirmation email, which is not the same as the confirmation for orders placed through an account. so nothing - With eBay when I've had problems, they were never solved! I won't buy there anymore'

Get help if you bought an item as an unregistered user | eBay
