Damaged item in a mystery box
Hello, I received a mystery box with 4 collectible items, three arrived intact while one arrived with a damaged box. How do I get a refund?
I’d like to point out that the description said all the items would be new.

Mentore1 year agoThe mystery items could only be sold on eBay by a few pre-approved sellers and according to certain rules.

If you bought them from a private seller or from someone who wasn’t authorized, they may not be covered by eBay customer guarantee.
Try asking for a return anyway, probably the seller will offer you a partial refund.
