Damaged item. When will the partial refund arrive?
Hello, I received a damaged item. The seller offered me a partial refund supported by Ebay.
The negotiation took place on Thursday, with me accepting the offer.
When does this refund arrive?

Mentore6 months agoYou will receive (or may already have received) a confirmation email from eBay about the refund. From that moment, the refund is issued within two business days.
The refund follows the same path as the payment, but in reverse. Any further delays are attributable to your account and/or your card.
