Defective item
Hello, I received a damaged item containing dye and contacted the seller with photos, but they refuse to refund me, convinced that the product was packaged correctly and therefore couldn't break, and that the product itself does not seem to be the one they sold.

Mentore3 years agoYou did well to ask the seller, but he has no power to refuse a return for non-conformity, since the responsibility for packaging is still the sender's.
Ask for the return, for a non-conforming item, directly to ebay: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0
If ebay accepts your request, the return shipping costs will be covered by the seller (do not pay them upfront).

If after THREE days the seller does not respond, you can ask ebay for help.
