Different item than the one purchased
Hello, I received an item different from the one I purchased, I could submit a return request for a non-conforming item, but in this case I wanted to ask who pays the return shipping cost? And another important thing, when I bought the item I got a discount of about €15 using 2 discount codes! I imagine those will be lost, or can they refund those too, or will they give me other discount codes?

The cost of the return will be borne by the seller and the discount vouchers will be lost.
