Dear eBay Italia S.r.l., I, the undersigned SILVESTRO SCHIAVONE, holder of the eBay account schi-2098, hereby formally dispute the debt of € 400,00 [four hundred euros,00] relating to the transaction in question. WHEREAS: * On 14/11/2025, the buyer explicitly stated in eBay's official messaging that he wished to keep the item and accept a partial refund of € 100,00 as the final resolution of the dispute. * Despite this settlement agreement recorded in Your systems, eBay arbitrarily proceeded to issue a full refund in favor of the buyer, without requesting the return of the item, in clear violation of its own policies (eBay Customer Guarantee) and the agreement reached between the parties. * This decision has resulted in the buyer's unjust enrichment, as he currently holds both the item and the full amount paid, burdening the undersigned with a non-existent and unlawful debt. CONSIDERING THAT: eBay entrusted the recovery of this alleged claim to the company FIRE s.p.a. , causing serious economic and reputational harm to the undersigned. ALL OF THE ABOVE BEING SAID, THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY FORMALLY DEMANDS THAT EBAY ITALIA S.R.L. SHALL: * Proceed within no later than 7 days to a manual review of the case by a supervisor, analyzing the internal messaging from the period [Message date]. * Immediately reverse the debt relating to the transaction indicated above, reducing it to the sole amount of € 100,00 as agreed with the buyer. * Formally communicate to the debt collection company the suspension/cancellation of the collection case. "Despite the communication from Customer Service (ref. DISCUSSION ID: 1-6DYM6YO3 - Mary S.) stating that no further appeals will be reviewed, this serves as formal notice. eBay support itself has acknowledged in writing that 'the buyer accepted a partial refund'.
