Item already sold repurchased
Good evening, I received by email but only by email some messages regarding an item that I had put up for sale and already sold, where they told me they had made the payment and not received the item.
Point 1, I don't understand why the item was still there,
I don't understand why in the eBay messages section I don't see the messages from this person who says they bought and paid,
What's more, I don't have any bank details entered and so I don't understand to whom the money was sent
The email says in eBay's name that a case has been opened for not having received the item.
My question is what happens now? thanks

Check here if you have received payments and whether they are on hold pending bank details ....
