Hello, after a long time I decided to start selling on eBay again, first item id. 165967051449 is an empty Quintero cigar box, correctly listed as Buy It Now. It is not visible. What could the problem be and how can I talk to support since everything keeps taking me to the community, thanks in advance. Have a nice day, gaetano.

at the moment the cigar box is also visible...
Remember that listings can take up to 24 hours before they become visible:

Mentore3 years agoAt the moment, only the pin listing is visible.
For eBay customer service, at the bottom of the attached page you’ll find the links for chat or to be contacted at the mobile number you registered on your eBay account (pay attention to the hours when the services are active).
