I should receive (maybe, since it's stuck in customs) an expensive item ordered on December 20 and as of today, February 25, it still hasn't arrived.Customer support, after receiving the shipping code (on February 5), postponed the refund request for the second time, and so we will be at 30 days from the opening of the report of non-arrival with refund request.Customer support says that if, in the meantime, the package arrives, I should refuse it directly with the courier, stating that the goods...
