Pre-ordered item never arrived
About a year ago in August 2022 I pre-ordered an item. It was postponed several times by the manufacturer for several months, then finally it became available. The eBay seller had finally gotten moving to get it, promising me that by August of this year (2023) I would receive it. As of now I still haven't received anything and the eBay seller hasn't responded to my messages for two weeks. What do I do?

Mentore2 years agoNothing... accept it, because if it won't be the seller who refunds you or gets you your item, it's too late for any kind of claim or dispute.
