Returned item received damaged and tampered with
As a seller, I received an item back damaged and tampered with. In the help section it says: "If the return is eligible, when you refund the buyer through the return request you will see the option to deduct a specific amount or a percentage", but how are you supposed to know if it’s eligible? If I go to the refunds section, there’s no option to change the amounts.
Can you explain how to do it? I’ve already sent the buyer a message

Mentore2 weeks agoIf there is no possibility to vary the amount, it means that it is not eligible.
