Item for sale
hi, I put an item up for sale but the buyer purchased it without knowing that I deliver locally. they kindly asked me to ship it and so I did. how do I receive the pending funds? it asks me to scan the buyer's QR CODE at the time of delivery. thanks for the answer

Mentore2 years agoYou made a mistake, which may be insignificant.
The release of funds does not depend on the outcome of the delivery; you are a new seller and so they remain on hold for at least 15 days. Only if the buyer is dishonest and opens a fake item not received dispute, without that QR code, will you be forced to refund them. In any case, dishonest buyers are only a small percentage.
