Item left out of the agenda.
I made a list of items all from one seller and clicked on "request total from seller"; the payment updated, leaving only one shipping fee line and I paid. Then I realized that one item that was listed with the others had not been included in the order. Obviously if I order it separately, a new shipping fee is added. The strange and further thing is that if I go to messages now, one appears with the title: "Action required: send the total amount due to the buyer" where in the internal list that item is there and the only clickable button present says "Send invoice" (which, anyway, I don't need). If I click on it, it takes me to an error message saying: "! We can’t be certain that these are your items. Log in with the correct credentials to continue", but I am already logged in with the credentials and there is no other request on the page. What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoYou have two simple options... ask the seller to cancel it (they'll... obviously be very unhappy and may not accept it since it costs them time and money) and completely redo the purchase, or pay for the other item as well with another shipment.
