good evening, I shipped a book with Poste Italiane pieghi libri without tracking. the only proof is the debit card payment receipt. the buyer is now complaining that the item wasn’t received and is asking for a refund. the listing included the shipping method, which didn’t provide tracking. do I have to refund them in full, or is there some eBay protection that can help me?
