Item never arrived
Good evening everyone, an item purchased on 18/9/2023 never arrived (shoes from the USA).
I saw that the seller has closed the account.
I tried to enter missing item for eBay support, but it can't find this item, it only lets me go back a maximum of 120 days.
Of course I waited a long time, expecting them to ship it, but given that they have closed the account I definitely consider it a scam.
What can I do?

it's too late now.
The only viable option is a chargeback on your credit card.
