item never arrived and arrived to another user
Hello, I purchased an item and it never arrived; in fact, I can see in the shipment tracking that it was even delivered to another person (indeed, I never signed anything for the delivery). I contact the seller, nothing. eBay says it was delivered to me (I repeat, I never received it) and they wash their hands of it. So what should I do? I have neither the item I ordered nor, even more so, the refund!!!! thanks in advance

Mentore1 year agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt. Check the tracking code and address.

If, on the other hand, both the tracking code and the address are correct, it means that a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address. There will be no way to ask eBay, PayPal, or your credit card for a refund. You will have to try to recover from the courier by opening a signature denial claim.
