Hi, I bought an item on ebay that never arrived. I contacted the seller, who rewrote my address correctly. After asking ebay support, I contacted the courier, who emailed me saying that the address matching that order was completely different from mine. At that point I had already made the two appeals allowed by ebay, and on ebay the package showed as delivered, so even though I now have proof that the package was not delivered to my address, I can no longer make an appeal to ebay, and the seller of course no longer responds to me, neither by email nor through ebay messaging. So the only possible way, I was told by ebay support, is to contact a consumer rights association; however, after contacting them, I was told that it probably would not be worth it, given that the cost of the package was around 50 euros, and that the procedure alone would cost at least 100 euros so I wanted to know whether something similar has happened to anyone, and whether I can do anything to get refunded?
