Item never ordered, received today
Good evening,
this afternoon via PosteItaliane an item arrived that I did not order. I don’t even know what it’s for.
On the envelope, the sender Sengi WH does not provide a phone number or email address.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Mentore2 months agoMost likely Sengi is the courier and not the sender. It’s the courier that Aliexpress normally uses. How do you know it’s ebay?
Is there a reference order number?

This is the second time in two shipments that I’ve received an unsolicited product together with my order.
About a month ago I received (along with what I had ordered) a NiTi brand "archwire" and a motorcycle sticker (which I don’t have). I wrote to the sender (to possibly return it) and he replied that there were no problems and to keep everything.
Then I read about "brushing" for reviews..
