Object never received
I purchased a product with eBay purchase protection, the product was never delivered to me, even though it shows otherwise. I contacted eBay and was told that the delivery is marked as completed, (even though there is no proof or signature of receipt), I was told that they cannot intervene, advising me to contact the Italian post office, appointed by the seller for the delivery, and if necessary to open a dispute with them. Shameful

Mentore7 months agoIn fact, if there’s proof of delivery, eBay can’t really do much anymore; it’s the seller who has to help you with the proof and/or signature of receipt, he’s the sender and he has to have it.
