item never received
Good evening everyone..I ordered the "Erasmus" 2-euro coin on May 5th from ****, but I never received it..of course the amount due was charged to my credit card. On December 16th last year, Mr. *** sent me an email saying that he would send me the coin as soon as possible, blaming Ebay..is anyone in the same situation as me!?!?

Mentore3 years agoEbay has no responsibility whatsoever. For eBay buyer protection to be active, pre-sales with shipping times beyond one month are not allowed.
Right now on eBay you can’t ask for anything (it’s too late even for a PayPal dispute), but you can do a chargeback on the credit card you used for the purchase. Get help from your bank.
