Item never received
Never received a pair of glasses costing 100 Us, I write to the seller who calmly after days tells me he doesn't know where they ended up, EBay says it can intervene after October 20 and on the 22nd Rbay closes the case not allowing me to appeal, so in short 100 us lost, how does the warranty work for the buyer ???????

Mentore2 years agoOn eBay since 2006 and you still don't know how it works??
The guarantee would have worked if you had interacted by the date eBay gave you... if you reply later, how can you expect eBay to help you??
Now you need to turn to the payment method (PayPal dispute or chargeback), eBay can't do anything else for you!

OP2 years agoReplied a day later, and he marked the case as closed, when the seller himself was stating in writing that the package had not been received at the correct destination, never happened since 2006
