Hello everyone,
On November 7 I bought an item that I never received.
On December 16 I received a message from the seller saying that the item in question would suffer further delays.
On January 9 I get a notification saying that the package was delivered
Looking at the tracking instead, it says that the package was delivered again to the seller
The tracking also says that the delivery was made to a parcel locker, which I never requested; in fact, other goods ordered from the same seller, on the same day, were delivered to my home normally
Support reiterated to me that for them there is no problem and they cannot proceed with the refund, but it has to be the seller who issues it
I have pointed out several times that I have not received a response from the seller for a month and that the package was never delivered to me but to them again
How can I proceed?

unfortunately the last option is a chargeback on your card... it's too late for everything else.

OP1 year agoJust out of curiosity, is it normal that the seller gets the goods back, doesn’t refund, and eBay, which is the platform where all this happens, can’t even call him out on it?

Maybe because they didn't find you at home and the package was redirected to a FermoPoint?
So should we also give a heads-up to people who don't track their own package?

OP1 year agoThe package was supposed to be delivered to my home, I was never notified of the shipment nor that the package would arrive at a pickup point.
Since these are collectible products, the doubt arises that a fake package was sent.
I have been buying online for at least 10 years without ever having any kind of problem
And it seems absurd to me that the site does not protect the buyer in any way, even if it had been my fault for not being home, the fact remains that I did not receive the goods objectively
We are on the edge of fraud, I think
