I bought an item that comes from Australia, the maximum delivery time is December 1st (Monday) the courier says that they tried twice to deliver it but that's absolutely not true. I called Poste Italiane and they tell me that my item is probably being held at the post office and that I should go pick it up....is this normal???

I called Poste Italiane and they told me the same thing, but how am I supposed to know if I need to go to the post office or to SDA, and if I do go to the post office, which one? the nearest one?
