Item not yet shipped for 10 days
Hello, I’m asking for advice about a purchase made on 05/01/2024 that still hasn’t been shipped as of today. I contacted the seller on 08/01 and was told that the factory had just reopened and they would process the orders. I contacted them again on 12/01 and am still waiting for a reply. What should I do?

OP1 year agoGood morning, today 21/01, beyond the maximum date indicated and after several postponements for shipping the item, I have not been sent the tracking. I will proceed by reporting the item as not received to eBay by calling since the option still does not appear, among the various solutions.

The seller's reply this evening, they will ship by 20/01. But that wasn't stated like that in the listing, shipping within 3 days, delivery in 48 hours, islands excluded.
Do you think it's possible to put an item up for sale when you don't even have it available yet? Honestly, aside from the refund, I've been made to waste time as well as been misled. Or am I wrong?
