Item not received
I had problems with an order shipped on December 7 and then blocked on December 13 due to an incorrect address. I called the French post office and provided the details, and I called the seller who told me that after a while the package would be returned to their warehouse. On January 2 the situation was resolved and it seemed that the package was moving again. Today I checked the shipment and it says package delivered, but nothing has arrived for me and I can't make the report for package not received.

Mentore3 years agoMaybe it was delivered back to the sender...
Check the shipment carefully directly on the courier's website and if that's the case, contact the seller, provide them with the correct address, and pay for a new shipment.
