Item not arrived
I never received a package that was supposed to arrive at the end of February, the problem is that right after the purchase I started a return request (by doing so I lost the package tracking) the seller asked me to speak with eBay since it’s an international delivery, I tried but nothing works because of the open return request that I can’t close. I’d like to know what to do, thanks

Mentore3 years agoWith all due respect... what was the point of opening a return request for an item you haven’t even received yet?
Contact support and ask if you can convert the return request into an item not received case:
