Item not arrived
Good morning, on January 16 I bought and paid for an item immediately, which has still never arrived. Checking the tracking (even today), it shows that the package is still wandering around... The seller filed a complaint days ago and keeps telling me: We have to wait. My question for you, and I thank in advance whoever responds, is how much longer do I have to wait without running the risk of no longer being able to receive a refund? Is there a time limit? Thanks
