Item not arrived
Good morning, a few months ago I ordered an item that still hasn’t arrived. Unfortunately there is no tracking code because it was an air shipment. I contacted the seller, who told me it would take some time. It’s now been about 3 months. What should I do?

If it's too late for eBay, you'll have to contact the payment method you used.
