Mentore1 year agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
Check the tracking code and address.
If they match, it means a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address.
In that case, contact the courier and ask for an explanation.

OP1 year agoI want a refund for the money the package doesn’t get left as a package in custody the courier can say whatever they want I lost the money for the package
