Item not received - dispute closed after 21 days because the seller dragged things out
Good morning, I opened a dispute for an item not received (origin: India). At that point the seller, initially very kind, told me he had resent it, providing me with a tracking code that, as you can see, today gives no kind of feedback. Meanwhile, the dispute opened on eBay has closed because the 21 days have passed and the seller no longer responds to messages on the chat. eBay said that it does not protect me. I am certain that I placed too much trust in the seller (who, among other things, had good reviews), but I am unpleasantly struck by the fact that a good-faith buyer is not protected.

Mentore1 year agoOn this point, though, you need to consider that you let the 21 days expire yourself. You should have asked eBay to step in by the 21st day.
.... You still have up to 21 days from opening the request to ask us to step in....(from: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/default/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701)
