Item not arrived and not refunded
I have a replacement part for a camera that I never received. I asked them to contact customs, but I’m being told it’s not refundable, and that can be fine, but the worst part is the item has been stuck in customs for three months, and eBay doesn’t contact customs, so the item is lost. I’m really disappointed

Mentore1 year agoThe only one who can contact customs is the sender, that is, the seller, definitely not eBay.

Mentore1 year agoWithin 30 days from the delivery deadline, you could have asked eBay for a refund, but today it’s too late.

You can still contact the payment method you used (PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback).

OP1 year agoI don't need the refund, it's just ridiculous to lose packages at Italian customs

It may have been sent back because it can't be imported into Italy, waiting for further info for customs clearance, or seized.
