Item not received and paid for with confirmation email
Hello, I bought a backpack, I paid for it, I have the confirmation email from E-Bay and the charge on my bank statement but the item does not appear in the purchase history. I don't know how to get a refund, or contact the seller, For any possible action the item needs to be in the history but unfortunately it isn't there. You can't call any operator because they ask you for a one-time number that can't be found. You can't write an email to explain things I'm sorry to lose 85 euros. But what can I do? Thanks to anyone who replies...
