Item not received - ordered as a guest user
Hello everyone,
I’m new as an account on eBay. Last month I ordered a package, I think from the United States, which, according to the order details estimate, should have arrived a couple of days ago. However, the real problem I have now is that I placed that order when I still didn’t have an account (so as an unregistered user) and now I don’t know how to get shipping details...
For that matter, the order confirmation email never arrived for me (I checked all my mail carefully, even on different devices). I only have the screenshot of the order checkout with the order number and the payment completed successfully (I saw that the money was actually taken from my PayPal).
I’m starting to worry: what concerns me is that if I try to go to customer support (specifically, the one for tracking an order placed by an unregistered user) by entering the 12-digit order number, or by entering the email I used to order, nothing gets sent to the email address I ordered from... and I’ve already done it many times. At least it’s not something valuable, so I rule out that it could just be a scam.
Does this mean that my order was canceled and forgotten forever even though I paid for it and it wasn’t delivered to me, or is it for some other reason that maybe you know? Let me know! Thanks a lot

se hai acquistato come utente non registrato, il tuo ordine NON lo puoi trovare con questo account.
