Item not received, seller asking me to wait and timeline to close the dispute
Good morning, a book sent by post 4 after almost a month (28 days) has not arrived. Today I reported the issue on the platform and the seller replies that I should wait a little longer. I wouldn’t have any problem waiting, but the possibility of a refund, under the contract, expires after 30 days. My doubt is: now that I have started the dispute, and he has replied, how long do I have to report that the item has actually not arrived? how long can I wait? None of this is clear to me from reading the section of the site that deals with the topic. thanks

Mentore2 years agoYou have 30 days to open the dispute. From the opening date, the dispute remains open for 21 days.
You can also tell the seller to refund you (that would be fair, you’ve waited long enough), while promising to send them a new payment if the book arrives.
