Item not arrived eBay report
Hello, I need to contact eBay urgently to report a package that hasn’t arrived. Please, if someone could provide me with phone contact details, I’ve tried starting the chat but with no success at all, the seller can’t do anything. I’ve already called the post office and they told me that the package is at the sorting center, it hasn’t been loaded and so I need to contact eBay, who then has to get in touch with Poste Italiane to get things moving. Who could help me??

No one, because if the package hasn’t been loaded no one can do anything, not even eBay, but even if it had been it wouldn’t change anything.
