Good morning,
I bought an iPhone 11 screen that, according to the description and the messages exchanged with the seller, was supposed to be original. As soon as I opened the package, I immediately realized it wasn’t because it was identical to one I had previously bought on another well-known site. The latest proof is the appearance of the message “Unknown Part,” which indicates that the part is not original.
I tried to contact the seller again, but he no longer responds.
any suggestions?

if you haven’t removed the protective film from the display, you can try opening a return request for an item not as described:
