Hello, I need help. I opened a return by mistake as 'wrong size', but the item is actually not as described. The seller (pg.service) has confirmed in messages that the item is not compatible with my model, but refuses to provide me with the prepaid label. I kindly ask for your intervention to force a free return or receive a refund
