Item does not match the description
I bought an item sold as new but I received it used without the original box and accessories. I contacted the seller but didn't resolve anything, how should I proceed? If I start a return, the shipping costs are on me, but the item did not match the description, what should I do?

That’s not true, they’re the seller’s responsibility!
Open a return request and follow these steps carefully:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
If the seller doesn’t provide you with a return label, after the fourth day ask eBay to step in:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay
