Item does not match the description
hello I bought an item that doesn't work as described by the seller, unfortunately I found out after 2 months since it's an electromechanical part, which was installed by a third party, and I can't start the return procedure, the seller doesn't even reply to me anymore, do you know how to solve this? thanks

Mentore1 year agoIt can't be resolved.
You wouldn't have this option even if you had bought it in a physical store, since the EU consumer code also excludes the warranty on products installed by third parties who are not expressly authorized by the seller.
